1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to “Sridungargarh City” (the “App”), a hyperlocal platform operated by sridungargarh one . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and us.
The App provides a variety of services, including an e-commerce marketplace, a local business directory, and a news content portal (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or using the App or its Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 2. Definition of Role: An Intermediary Platform
You explicitly understand and agree that “Sridungungargarh City” is an intermediary platform. Our role is limited to providing a technology platform to connect users with third-party vendors, service providers, and content creators. We do not own, sell, or endorse any of the products, services, or content offered by third parties on the App. All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between you and the third parties alone.
3. User Account and Eligibility

Contract of Sale: The App is a platform for users to transact with third-party vendors (“Vendors”). “Sridungargarh City” is not a party to the contract for sale between you and the Vendor.

Product & Service Liability: We are not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between you and the Vendors. We do not make any representation or warranty as to the quality, value, saleability, or other specifics of the products or services offered by Vendors. Any claims regarding the product (including but not limited to quality, defects, or warranty) must be directed solely to the Vendor.

Pricing: All product prices are determined by the Vendors. We are not responsible for pricing errors.

Returns & Refunds: Return, replacement, and refund policies are set by the individual Vendors and will be specified on the product page. “Sridungargarh City” does not have control over, nor does it determine, these policies.
5. Terms Specific to Business Directory & Listings

Third-Party Information: The business directory contains information provided by third-party businesses. We do not verify, guarantee, or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information in the listings, including business hours, addresses, or services offered.

No Endorsement: The inclusion of a business in our directory does not imply an endorsement or recommendation by “Sridungargarh City”. Any dealings you have with businesses found through our directory are at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. THE APP AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL “SRIDUNGARGARH CITY”, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, THE CONDUCT OF ANY VENDOR, OR THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ANY FEES PAID BY YOU TO US (IF ANY) DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless “Sridungargarh City” and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including any contract with a Vendor.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sridungargarh, Rajasthan, India.
